UNO Quatro
UNO Quatro combines UNO’s color‑matching fun with a four‑in‑a‑row challenge.
Game Rules & Fun
To play UNO Quatro, be the first player to align four matching tiles in a row (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally) by color or number. Place the board stand in the center, mix all 44 tiles in the bag, and give each player a hidden hand of three tiles.
How to Play
- Game Rules and Setup
Turn Sequence: The youngest player goes first, and play moves clockwise.
Placing Tiles: On your turn, drop one tile from your hand into the top of any of the 7 open tray columns.
Matching Requirement: If your placed tile touches another tile (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally), it must match at least one of those touching tiles by color or number.
Shared Board: Once a tile is on the board, any player can build off or use it.
Refilling Hand: At the end of your turn, draw back up until you have 3 tiles in your hand.
Stuck Players: If you cannot legally play any tile from your hand, return one tile to the bag and draw a new one to try and play immediately.
Special Action Tiles
Swap: Swap the positions of any two entire tray columns on the board.
Push: Push a column down, knocking the lowest tile out of the bottom of the tray and back into the bag.
Minus 2: The next player must send two random tiles from their hand back into the bag, leaving them with only one tile for their next turn.
